Biography :
My doctoral research and interests centre around the dichotomy of waste overproduction and food insecurity in urban areas and its relationship with globalization, sustainable land use planning, the environment and climate resiliency. I am particularly interested in studying the political, economic and social impacts and feasibilities of implementing sustainable urban agriculture developments that work in conjunction with more efficient organic waste practices in cities of the Global South, particularly Lagos, Nigeria.
